Absolutely horrible! Started with months of security gate being open 24 hours a day making us feel unsafe. Then when I went, with the movers I had paid $165/hr, to move my stuff out of storage at 2 pm, the facility was completely locked up and inaccessible even though they advertise they're open until 5:45 pm today. I tried calling their number several times to no avail. I will now have to reschedule the movers to just move my storage items to the new house and they have a 3 hour minimum on jobs. This could've been done today in less than 2 hours! 0/10 will not recommend.

Excellent place to store. Friendly employees that take the time to find the right size unit for your storage needs. VERY PLAESED ! HAVE RENTED FOR ALMOST A YEAR HERE AND AM VERY SATISFIED!

The price was right but the deal kept changing. The offer was for discounted rent, free truck, but depending on which employee we spoke with, the deal kept changing. In the end we opted out due to the shuffle. Run, don't walk.

Great customer service, I was needing a storage unit but they were at full coal city so I called to let them know I was looking and to call me when the first availability came about. Sure enough, I got a call THE NEXT DAY offering me the single availability they had and not only that but they prorated the days left in July and charged me only $29 for the first month! When I arrived to move in, Chris was exceptional and very courteous in showing me my unit and explaining the details on my stay. Thank you for accommodating my request and calling me right away!
