I like Price. It's clean and not moldy smelling like P.S. on PCH. I got a small unit. The ceiling is low, only about 7 feet. That was weird, but no big deal. The halls are long and they should make the outer exits accessible from the outside, but if you call ahead they'll open them to make your trips shorter. Hours 7 to 7 are a bit short, but Why be at the storage other times. They don't require any weird, specific lock and Kaleb in the office is way cool. Your phone number is your gate code so no forgetting or carrying a card. It's a good place. I dumped P.S. and went to price. I'm glad I did.

The guy at the front desk, Jacob, was amazingly fast and efficient. Of course he went to a great school (Humboldt State) and I had fun meeting him... The unit was clean and ready for rent, and we started moving in the following day. Thank you!

Katie, was great. Extremely helpful and was carrying the entire workload, despite having a " coworker" in the office. Katie was very quick and willing to make my arrival very accommodating. Despite this specific location not being her primary work site, she was apologetic for any delays or if her information was not correct, but none the less, made sure everything was properly handled. The three stars is due to the other so called employee who was there. Her focus appeared to be on something else, because she could give two sh$ts about me asking for assistance. If this individual is a "full time employee" for this location, it was clear why Katie was there. Thank you Katie

I am normally not the one to focus on the negative but my experience at this location was absolutely horrible! The lady that works there is so extremely rude and its clear to me that she hates her job! I say this because she would consistently close early and and would be frustrated with me because I wasn't ready when she was wanting to close, even though it was 45 minutes before they reported that they closed. I brought this to her attention and she literally told me that she could care less about my opinion and that I needed to focus on leaving the property as opposed to speaking. Anyways simple solution... I moved to a different storage facility right down the street! I strongly strongly recommend checking out one of the neighboring storage facilities before visiting this location. Trust me when i say it's not even worth the free month they offer you!
