Both Bob and Cindy, a husband-and-wife team, know extremely well their maze of 1,400+ storage units and customers’ needs. I don’t need a large storage unit but have one bulky item that is challenging to maneuver into a smaller storage unit. Cindy immediately recognized the potential problem in our initial phone call, and Bob took considerable time walking me through possible solutions when I arrived on site. Unfortunately, all of the feasible units for my needs were already in use, but I appreciate that Bob didn’t pressure me with an upsell and offered to contact me when one of the units becomes available. The entire facility appears clean and safe and has such amenities as carts and spacious elevators. I hope a unit that fits my needs opens up soon because I look forward to a long working relationship with Bob and Cindy. Their knowledge and focus on customer service are rare finds these days.
