This location lost my blood work results, urine results, and duplicated my medical records with wrong information which caused major problems when I went to get work done at another facility. I also was met with a very traumatic situation from the receptionist when I learned about unfortunately becoming pregnant (and has decided on an abortion). She responded with "you were blessed with a bundle of joy!" which was not asked for, nor welcomed. I had hoped, being in a health care facility, that I would be met with a neutral and professional response . This location is extremely unprofessional and I will never be returning.

DO NOT USE WITH VA URGENT CARE BENEFITS!!!! 6 days, 2 appointments, no replies from supervisors, refusal to provide contact information for the supervisors, and I still do not have resolution for a very very simple and common issue. Wrong medication "prescribed", even after I stated it was incorrect. Staff scolded me for asking my sample be labeled, which led to false bedside results. I informed every staff member that the VA must be called for pharmacy coverage. Every single staff member told me I was wrong. The VA has contacted them countless times to identify a phone call is the accurate procedure. The staff continues to refuse to follow the instructions. Ultimately, the clinic is taking the money for 2 visits and leaving me without actual care...even though it's just 1 phone call that's required of the clinic when charging the VA for an urgent care visit.

This was a great office. The girls up front were nice. Well like kind of sassy but in a way that I appreciate. I filled out my paperwork ahead of time which made it super easy. They called me back 10 minutes early and I was out 30 minutes later with a physical and blood work. Could not have asked for more honestly.

I had a positive experience at this office. Making an appointment was easy using their website. It was easy to find parking and I showed up early to my appointment with paperwork already filled out so everything moved along quickly. Didn't have to wait, started apt on time. Kelsey was wonderful, listened to my concerns and made great recommendations.
