Dr.London is awesome. I have been with scripps for awhile and seen many doctors, but she has the greatest combination of gentleness, compassion, and knowledge. I’ve had to come to urgent care at Torrey pines a few times due to chronic strep and I’ve been fortunate enough to have her treat me twice. She always listens to me and trusts my feedback when it comes to symptoms brought on by strep. Having chronic strep has been a painful and stressful experience, but whenever I see her I feel like I’m truly being cared for. Not only have I had great experiences with her, but the staff has always been kind and friendly, especially the nurses. I’m thankful for all of their help.

I’ve never been to a medical facility where every single person was this nice. The front desk, nurses, and doctors were all extremely helpful and made me feel comfortable. I did have to be there a while since I was waiting for an ultra sound but they kept me updated. Best urgent care experience I’ve ever had!

Wonderful people to assist you. The space is super clean and nicely designed, which creates a very safe and healing feeling. having an insurance that covers this urgent care is the way to go. Best clinical experience I have had.

Best experience. From check in to being seen by doctor, nurse care was exceptional. I was in and out in an hour with a plan to recovery. Friendly and smiling people- have learned to see people smiling through a mask. Empathy for my stupidity of chasing a golf ball through poison oak was appreciated. I will not wait so long to go to doctors next time with kind and caring people inside the doors of Scripps urgent care.
