Perlman Clinic has a new location in Carmel Mountain near the Rite Aid store. I usually go to La Jolla where there is lots of traffic and massive parking structures. This was so easy, peaceful and the team was very friendly and welcoming. I parked right out in front and from now on, this is my preferred location. I met with Physician's Assistant Carley Anderson and she was a great help!

I easily scheduled next day appointment online for an annual exam. I went into the Carmel Mountain location as a new patient. Check in was easy and front desk personnel were nice. Jeremy, the med assistant was very nice. He took my vitals and drew blood work after my office visit. I met with Carly Anderson, PA. She was very nice and listened to all of my concerns and had a very good back-and-forth discussion on past medical history. I requested that additional blood work be drawn to determine hormonal levels as well. I used to work in the medical field for many years and can testify that they were very professional and compassionate in that office.

Went for an urgent care appointment at the Carmel Mountain location as I am an out-of-towner. It was such a pleasant experience. The receptionist was incredibly warm, helpful and attentive. The nurse that took my vitals was professional, informative and friendly. The doctor was so personable and came up with an plan that was incredibly beneficial. I am so happy I stumbled upon this location. If I was a local, I would switch my primary care here. I highly recommend, you will not be disappointed.
