Wow I could give 10 stars if it’s allowed. Best customer service and urgent care experience ever; from reception, nurse to doctor and staff, everyone is super caring, doctor and nurse are thorough in explanation, and staff goes beyond her duty to make your stay comfortable.

Urgent is the last word on my mind when I’m thinking about this place!!! If you feel like being ignored and wait forever while people who just showed up are walking in then this is the place for you :(

Definitely one of the better SRS Urgent cares in town. The staff is always kind, caring and professional. They have provided care for my wife and my children over the years and they take the time to make sure things are complete. We appreciate the staff's dedication to their patients.

Andrea is one of the best physical therapists I have ever seen. Her demeanor is fantastic, the conversation is wonderful, and her physical therapy skills enabled me to bounce back from this rotator cuff injury sooner than I had expected. She is top notch physical therapist and I appreciate all your help ! . The whole staff is so personable, making Doing physical therapy exercises easier than they should be…Mary and Alex at the front desk and Ari Helping in the therapy room a constant bright spots in the day

No, sharp doesn't take this insurance, in Their urgent cares.. only the sharp hospitals.
I waited 4 hour for a covid test. The clinic was not busy at the time. Expect a very very long wait.
