WOW! What a positive service experience I experienced again today as I do each time I bring my car for service to Pacific Honda! They are top notch! Everyone is so friendly and will make sure you are attended to right away. My service advisor Jun is so fantastic. He’s personable, efficient, timely and is always patient with me when he goes over needed or completed work for my vehicle. He keeps in good communication with me about the timeline of when my vehicle service will be done and he sends me on my way genuinely wishing me well til the next time. I’ve seen the service manager Jason working hard time and time again supporting his team and keeping the operation running beautifully. I recognize that it must be a challenging role to discuss with folks the work needed on their vehicles. These guys do it with kindness and care and I feel I pay a comparable price for the value and service I receive. My loyalty lies with Pacific Honda. Thank you team for taking great care of me and my vehicle!

In last 6 months I visited Pacific Honda Service 2 times. 1st time I needed a B1 service or similar, I made an appointment. After waiting for 20 minutes in the driveway path I was told car could only be done by end of the day. Appointment didn't matter because they are super busy. This is very good for Pacific Honda but not me who needed to find way home and then back to pickup the car. We got a 2 month old Honda Pilot 2022. A/C doesn't really cool down, so I made an appointment for service. It took Pacific Honda all day again to check A/C and recharge with coolant on a car with 3k miles, which seems strange. What else is unusual is that technician provided observations without any data on how much coolant was recharged, what was the pressure or how low was the pressure to begin with. I will try to go to other dealers in the area to see if anyone is better. But my small shop mechanic provides all appropriate data for all of the A/C services. Why can't Pacific Honda do same? If I had to guess issue is with compressor, so now I will have to go back to ask for another A/C repair because A/C is still weak after the recharge.

I am a first time car buyer and people tend to tell me I look younger than I really am. I had gone to a couple car dealerships and was either ignored or not taken serious enough to talk. Tony at pacific honda was the first person to actually sit down with me and treat me like the adult that I am. Due to the pandemic, chip shortages, and the popularity of the newer Honda civics; car prices have gone up or had a low availability up charge . Despite that, Tony was able to help me get a great deal on a Honda Civic sport. He didn’t make me feel like I was getting cheated out of money. There was no back and forth between him and the manager when discussing and negotiating car prices. He was respectful and helpful. The car buying process easy and simple. I had lots of questions, Tony was able to answer all of them thoroughly. This was a great experience, I am thrilled to finally be able to enjoy my new car. I definitely recommend purchasing a car from pacific Honda. Ask for Tony when you get there!

We were very impressed with our experience in purchasing a vehicle from Pacific Honda. We have purchased three Hondas over the last eight years for family members and have had generally good experiences at all Honda dealerships. However, Pacific Honda was the best so far. Greg, our Salesperson, was very helpful right from the beginning. He helped us purchase the right vehicle for my wife, and never tried any sales tactics that are always such a turnoff during a car purchase. Their whole team made our purchasing experience as pleasant as possible.

Does your crv come with a hitch? Is it 1.25 or 2 inch wide. If you do have a hitch then measure the height difference between your hitch & the trailer coupler. If your trailer 4 inch higher then you should get a 2" ball with a 4 inch rise. You can also get an adjustable ball mount. Forbetter price & selection checkout etrailer.com.

You can sell it but expect about a $3,000 to $5,000 huge loss. If you give me the details of your car I can book it out for you within a few hundred dollars of Pacific Honda or right on the money. I may even have a buyer for you. Depends on the condition, if it's a manual or automatic.
