They are like real scam. I ordered 4 vehicles from them 6 months ago. Today they called me and said vehicles are ready. When I was ordering vehicles they said there won’t be any mark up. Today vehicles arrived and they said there is $3000 mark up per car. It is really unacceptable. I put $2,000 deposit for these vehicles and waited 6 months. It is not fair , even it is not legal. When I was ordering vehicles we signed papers and it was clearly showing the number. Why do I have to pay over price when I signed exact amount numbers already. Just this year I bought 11 vehicles for my company and I deal with dealers all the time. This dealership is the worst so far I’ve seen.

Truck buying experience was awesome! Super happy with my new rig! They were responsive to the online inquiry that I submitted while looking at a truck through a car shopping website. They texted me to schedule a test drive, super easy to get in and see what I wanted to. No pressure and great service. I worked with John Boyer and he was friendly, experienced and very personable. There was no pressure and even the Finance manager was easy going. I highly recommend this family owned dealership and will go to them next time I am in the market for a car or truck.

I walked in to Courtesy Chevrolet with the intention of buying a used 2016 Colorado Truck and left with a brand new Chevy Equinox. Best decision we made in a long time. Danny, the salesman, helped us out through the entire journey of test driving, changing our mind, negotiating, tinting the windows, and more. Him and the manager were both very helpful as they did what they could to make the buying process smooth. It always takes a while to buy a car but we got everything we wanted and will be back to install the hitch soon. Ramon took care of the window tinting for us and again, Danny was responsive and keep us in the loop when the car would be ready and I left with a full gas tank, tinted windows, and only 8 miles on the car. As for the SUV, it’s so smooth on the road, better gas mileage than the truck, and has a warranty which the truck did not. We are very happy with the choice of buying the Equinox from Danny at Courtesy Chevy.

I brought my Trailblazer here to get an oil change. I was quickly attended to even though they were clearly busy. There was a wait, but the staff kept checking in to give me updates. My advisor, Taylor, was super kind and helpful. I brought in the wrong extended warranty information, and she took the time to look up the right information and made sure I wasn’t missing out on a tire rotation if it was to come with one. The waiting lounge was clean and provided customers with tea and coffee. Overall, it was a decent experience. I will continue to bring my vehicle here for future services.

To my knowledge. They do not. Cheyenne is an old school model of truck. Today model or package is the Silverado
