I’m doing this review because I searched for reviews of urgent care centers before taking my mom because I wanted to do my best to take my mom to a good place. The reviews helped me so much so I wanna help too:) My goodness! Seriously the BEST experience I’ve ever had with an urgent care!! I called ahead of time to get a feel for the energy of the front desk staff cause I didn’t want to take my mom anywhere where the people would be irritable or frustrated on her first experience. The front person who answered the phone was so friendly, informative and patient with my questions. We happened to get there when there was no one else inside so we didn’t have a wait. The staff was SOOO nice! And Adam. The triage nurse - Adam, was the best! So sweet, gentle with my mom and making sure she felt as comfortable as he could make her! He was also thorough and patient! Then Dr. Gulanti came in and he was extremely thorough, patient and treated my mother like a patient and a person! I was so grateful! He made sure everything my mom needed was taken care of and gave her all the info she needed for the future journey she’s got ahead of her. Thank you so much, Scripps Clinic of RB! Y’all are doing these right! Fortunately, we found my mom a PCPwith Scripps so we can stay with the medical group. So grateful!

Just leaving Urgent care now and I’m impressed with the customer service from the staff who treated me. Adam was my nurse and was seen by Dr. Michael John Matteucci these guys deserve 5 stars for not only being kind, compassionate and understanding but they had a great sense of humor. It’s never fun being sick but I had a great experience. I would have given 5 stars however the customer service guy who I stopped by the desk to see if he needed any payment or my contact info was rude and short with me. Overall I would definitely come back for my Healthcare needs.

I received a great care today. I had an infection & abcess on my finger. Minimal waiting. Appropriate care. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Can't give them less than 5 star.

Just returned home from my urgent care visit, about 2 1/2 hour's. Much faster than expected considering the far more urgent cases about me. I was near the nurse's station and easily heard respect and a little humor for fellow staff and patient's alike. A well oiled machine with heart. I was well cared for and my opinion was requested and considered. Thank you for your help and I know I will be on the mend soon. 😷

Hi Nick, Scripps HealthExpress, addresses the most minor of ailments, such as painful urination, rashes without fever, mild flu-like symptoms, cough and congestion symptoms, sore throat, ear pain, and eye redness, discharge or itchiness. They also provide additional services, such as sports physicals and vaccines. They are a good option for when you are not feeling well, but it’s not serious enough for the emergency room or urgent care.
Scripps is offering the COVID-19 vaccine to eligible patients with a MyScripps account. We have a limited supply available at this time, so appointments are being offered on a first-come, first-served basis through MyScripps. Eligibility is based on California state guidelines. Additional appointment slots will be added as more vaccines become available. Please do not call your physician’s office as they cannot schedule these vaccines.
