You can only get a Covid test if your provider orders one for you, which 9/10 times they will not. Why? Because they claim they are currently “inundated” with people trying to get tested. This is what their testing lot looks like the four times I visited this week for various appointments. The staff were literally just sitting around with no patients. The wait time is always less than 5 minutes because it’s so empty. Not sure why they keep trying to turn people away.

I had the pleasure of getting Dr. Smith yesterday when I went to urgent care. He was very nice and personable and helped me with my knee injury. I was even checked on by the Trauma Nurse that was working that shift as well. 10/10 very accommodating, I was given a warm blanket by my first nurse that checked my vitals and then both Dr. Smith and the Trauma Nurse asked me if I needed anything while I waited. Great staff!

After receiving my first COVID injection, I came in with symptoms of a reaction. I was quickly greeted and brought right back for an exam. The doctor, nurses and even the X-Ray technicians and registration staff were amazing. I have been a patient of Sharp since 2008 and always get excellent care. They were very careful to take care of you with all the restrictions of the pandemic. It was very clean and even with my symptoms I felt like I was a priority to them. Thank you to all that took excellent care of me!
