Wow! The absolute worst customer service and buying experience of my entire life! I contacted Tesla via email and calls to this location over two dozen times with zero response. I stopped at an out of state Tesla dealership last week to try to get my questions answered and finalize my delivery date and time, after an hour I decided to give up and leave the dealership. I did not have any guidance or help during my delivery process today, I had no idea about the temporary plate and was not given any paperwork. I had to ask a random customer dropping their car off how to adjust the steering wheel, mirrors, and how to start the car. I found several flaws on my new Model 3 that they would not acknowledge in person and note them for us. I pre ordered the wall charger and charging cable you carry in the car when I originally ordered this vehicle, they tried to give me this electric car without the equipment I’ve already paid for and been waiting on. Mitch offered to sale us another one that they had on premises without reimbursing us for the one they didn’t deliver to our home or with the car. After demanding the equipment to charge our new car several times he went inside to contact someone and came back with the cable and adapter. I canceled the additional two Tesla’s I had on order immediately! What nightmare, I don’t care how good the vehicle is after this experience. I’m looking at my options to return this and get 100% of my money back.

Professional and courteous. Repairs completed as promised. Logistics for reporting and scheduling was just OK, but better than our previous non Tesla’s.

Was hoping the Twitter deal would blow-up in Mr. Musk's face, and as of today's news reports, it just might.

I am on the market to buy a new Tesla
All cars can trade in, doesn't have to be a Tesla for tesla
It costs between $100 to $1500 to put in a 240V outlet, depending on the distance from the electrical panel. Copper lines are expensive. A wall charger - if you want one from Tesla - costs what they charge on the web site and the cost for electrician to install. I have used only the mobile charger that comes with the car to plug into a 240V outlet for 7 years. (Model S, 2012)
Or check the credit card you used to put your down payment, see if there has been charges made there. Or maybe you haven't used all of the 1000 miles yet.
