Since the takeover and move the service at this place sucks! Was extremely satisfied before but twice now they replaced parts that failed a little over a year later and twice they keep my grand Cherokee overnight with no communication requiring me to scramble the next day for a ride to work. They never answer the phone and the automated system is in an endless loop to nowhere. Questions are met with excuses and not answers. I’ve bought three Jeeps here in the last 5 years but will be looking elsewhere for service and future purchases.

Service department is awesome!!! They picked up my truck, did the recall work on it and now they are bringing it back to my house. They keep you posted on everything and everyone I have talked to has been super nice. I feel like good customer service is hard to find now days. Great work everyone!!
