Did a drug screening here this morning for an employer. I must say from previous reviews I was pleasantly SHOCKED. The entire process from through the door till out was all of 45 minutes. The restroom was decent and the customer service/personable efforts mediocre at best but definitely not as terrible as I'd read.

I’m not happy with this location. The last 2 visits, they left out some of the tests ordered by my physician even after I informed them this visit that they did that on a previous visit! The restroom is far from clean and absolutely NOTHING is cleaned in there or the waiting room after each individual use as their signs indicate. Trying to get a live person on the phone is absolutely impossible.

If I could give this lab a zero I would. I usually never review places but I am doing it because this happened to my mother, a 59 year old diabetic that went fasting to this Lab to get some lab done. She had an appointment at 8:15am,and waited for over an hour to even ask what was going on. She calls me and tells me she wasn’t feeling well,again this is a 59 year old diabetic woman,and she was fasting. While I was on the line she approached the person on the desk and asked her how long it was going to take since there was other people that came after her and they were already taken care of,again my mother had an appointment,Ms. Maria Rosado(the lady in the front desk) said that unfortunately there was nothing she can’t do because they were short staff,which is understandable but then my mother said she understood,however, she was waiting for about 1 hour and a half and she’s diabetic,the lady answered she can cancel her appointment but nothing else she could do(I’m telling you this was not said in a nice way,she was extremely rude) and when my mom told her she was being rude,and that she didn’t have to answer like that. Ms. Rosado went off on my mom and told her that she would be rude as well if she was on the other end,Im telling you,my mother was very respectful to this woman but this lady had zero manners. My mother told her that she didn’t understand the rude part, if she couldn’t treat patients nicely then she could find another job, surprisingly for me,the lady once again went off and said “well lady,what you need to do is find another lab”I could not believe what I was hearing,I attempted to call LabCorp to make a former complain but couldn’t get no one on the line. Again,I don’t complain about anybody here on google and don’t want to cost anyone their job but Ms.Maria Rosado’s manager needs to talk to her,this behavior is UNACCEPTABLE! This whole thing isn’t about the time,I’m complaining about how this lady treated my mother when my mother wasn’t feeling well and was asking when she was going to be treated, I was on the line,no one told me,I heard Ms.Rosado and I understand you can have a bad day but when you deal with sick people you need to have manners. Thank you!

Amazing!! After reading some of these reviews, my girlfriend and I were admittedly a little hesitant. However, Katrina, Leo, and Kiera made our experience top notch! Everyone was super nice and accommodating. Made everything easy to explain and treated us like family. We got in and out super quick as well (got there just before 7am for bloodwork and were out within 45min). Grateful our experience went super well and would definitely recommend this location to anyone needing their services! Have an amazing day!
