They made me wait over an hour as a walk in only to tell me that they could not do the lab I needed. I had scheduled an appointment for 11:30 but it was fasting, so I came in early and the front desk would not talk to me till I insisted. Waste of time!!!!

The ladies at these facilities are rude and not customers friendly. Especially with the elderly.. I observed it today my self. She started to get rude with my husband an stopped it right on track . When my husband went to the back to get waited on he told me the girl did not seem happy at all! I give it zero star. They need to get a nicer friendly staff.

Absolutely the worst place in Tampa Bay for blood work. Front desk staff is rude condescending and totally unprofessional. Why would anyone want to be treated so poorly for a routine blood work . Please save yourself the horrible experience and go to Quest Diagnostics instead. This place is pitiful!!

I needed to take a test for my job. Went in on the 4th of February to do the test. They lost my test at this location and the receptionist her name starts with Xo. She proceeded to tell me that it was my fault because I didn't have my paper from the collection and gave me a number to call. She is very rude and sniddley. She needs to learn better customer service. Called the number and I am placing a formal complaint as well as this review.
