This was a trip for my wife. As always totally professional and calmed her nerves. Always recommend them, haven't found a poor doctor the place. Great medical services.

The valet parking attendants, the COVID-19 checkers, the ladies at the front desk, the employees at the check-in desk, the PT, LAB employees, nurses, everyone we have interacted with during our 1.5 years have ALL been professional, polite, kind, and caring; however, trying to use their phone system or any other not in person contact will drive you outta your mind. I have spent a full 8 hours trying to just get to neurology to leave a message for my doctor only to fail over and over and over. I love my doctors and therapist but let me warn you patience is not a virtue when calling or trying to get an appointment, it IS A NECESSITY. I give this poor rating based solely on the phone system and my chart experiences we have had with USF HEALTH. The employees deserve 10 stars.

Had my ACL done on my knee there and that was the worst decision Iβve ever done was going there to get my knee fixed 4 years later and my knee is worse than it was before the surgery there . I pray everyday I didt go there now my basketball career is over . I shouldβve just went to Serbia π·πΈ to get surgery so sad . the doctors there a jokes they donβt take their job serious itβs all about the money there .

Being a patient at USF Health (Primary Care and Cardiology), I mistakenly thought that the same professionalism would extend to the Opthalmology and Eye Institute. 1 star is a compliment that this place just does not deserve. Not so at all, and if you are on any sort of schedule, give this place a MISS. You will be left waiting for lengthy periods of time in the Examination room, while the staff socialize in the hallways. As my Medical Aid requires an annual Eye Exam, this is the first and last time that I will ever make an Appointment at this place. Do so at your own peril as it is likely to be a full day experience of the worst kind.

Fran and Alan, valet parking is available but not sure of their hours
Einstein Bagels. Snacks near Radiology Depaatment on 1st Floor.π
I've found that the easiest way to contact them is through mychart (online or through the app). Wait times when calling by phone can be absurd.
There is a parking garage beside the building, parking is free for patients on the first 2 floors
I don't believe so.
Yes, you can drop off and pick up in front of the building, where the valet is located. You don't have to use the valet. I believe they have 2 lanes, simply use the drop off lane or, if the valet comes, just tell them you're dropping off.
i dont know. Please look at the list for yourself.
You have a choice of many such as ophthalmologist, pcp, cardiologist, urology, radiology, take your pick they are all in one place.
I have no knowledge about that part. However you can use Google to find their website to show their numbers or call them directly and they will give you fax numbers.
