Went here for a passport application recently. The staff were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I did have to wait 10 or 15 minutes after the scheduled time of my appointment before I was seen but once I was up the staff were fast and efficient, filled me in on anything I wasn't clear on, and even let me decide if I was satisfied with the photo or if I wanted a retake.

Made a passport appointment here because it was the only one that had availability early. Appointment was for 9:15AM and they want you to show up 15 minutes early. Went in at 9:40AM and finished by 10:05AM. Person behind me had an appointment at 9:30AM. Also, their camera was broken, so some other party had to leave to get their photos taken. The passport guy was chill at least.

Clearly an incompetent post office. I had a package that according to the post office records says is at this specific location, the front desk asks for my zip code and states it's in Spring Valley. I asked the staff member to check the tracking number on her system, she attempted and didn't offer to check in the back...

I’ve had a PO Box here for YEARS.... was so disappointed that they recently stopped the 24 hour open door access to the loby area. I understand it’s because of the homeless people who have been sleeping inside at night but couldn’t you have just brought in security or somehow given those of us with keys to boxes a way to get our mail? Now I have to come during business hours and it’s hard for me to do so. May have to consider a new option and leave this place.

They are forwarding mail to the Grossmont Center location by Dollar Tree on the hill. I went there today and overheard a customer asking the same thing.

I dropped off a package with prepaid label at your Allison PO - i wasn't given a receipt so I can track it to make sure they get it. Is there a tracking # on label that will give me this info

The tracking number should be on your label. If not go back to the post office and request a tracking#.

What kind of post office doesn't have an outdoor letter drop?!?! Very disappointed

Yes, your local Post Office knows. Your mailbox knows and has politely posted it in plain English on the front of the mailbox just for you

Information states package left at FRONT Desk, there is no Front Desk and packages are NOT accepted at the managers office. I just came from there and they do NOT have a package. I have been waiting on hold for over 40 minutes. NO local number HELP!

You have to go to the post office at Lake Murray and Dallas. It looks like a cage inside. But that cheesy place is it
