This is going to be my 3rd appointment and the wait time is over 1 hours. Today I had an appointment at 2:40 p.m. I arrived at 2:30 p.m. its 3:30 p.m and I am still waiting for the doctor to check my baby. Some one has to change this because even if we have appointment and the wait time is over 1 hours to check the patient. I wish I could give less then 1 star but no option. This place is lean but the managment is not good! You have to wait hours even if you have appointment.

This is probably the worse pediatric doctors office I have ever experienced. If your child is sick do not take them here. They will barely check to see what is wrong with the child. One of the main doctors is very unprofessional.

Two star is for cleanliness, however, you cannot see the same doctor twice, if you have an appointment at 130 don’t even try showing up before that because the office will be closed until then so you can’t even sit inside. All the staff seem to take lunch at once. They are unapologetic, do not try calling the nurse for anything you won’t get through. Personally I would not recommend this place especially for new parents looking for a great doctor.

Very slow. After hours hotline does not even work. Nurse doesn't seem to know what she's talking about sometimes. Many times I brought my daughter in for her shots and it's like the doctors don't review her file before coming in because they have zero clue how old she is or why we are there. I'd explain further, but I'd rather not waste any more time

Our exam rooms accommodate 1-2 kids + 1 caretaker. Additional kids should have an accompanying adult wait in the reception. This makes for better provider attention to each child. It also helps to show up 10 minutes earlier than the appointment time than 10 minutes after, when all 4 kids are present. We accommodated a same day request for 4 kids - 2 in the am schedule and because of the arrival delay, 2 in the afternoon.
Sorry about your experience. Has this been sorted out? We are now on an EHR that can send Rxs directly to your pharmacy - avoiding the need for handwriting experts. The number to call this office is 6196982184 x 3 for someone to answer the call and x 4 for refills. The nurse for refills is being replaced at the practice hence the delay. Hopefully, your future call experience wont be one that you leave a 1-star about.
