Went today around 5 pm, a few minutes later a nurse came and told me that the doctor wants me to go to the ER because the CT people left at 4. I went to ER and was in and out within an hour. Urgent care never saw me. Before you send someone to ER see them first and then decide.

Unfortunately we had a bad experience here. We arrived before opening at 8:45. The wait board said 1 to 2 hours. An hour later we began noticing people who came much later than us were getting seen. We asked and were told we were assigned a doctor who was behind. An hour later more people who came much later continued to be seen, so we asked if we could be assigned a new dr, we were told no. The wait board said 5 min wait for an hour, and when we asked we were told not pay attention to the board as it meant nothing. We finally got called back at 12:30 very frustrated and feeling totally dismissed and ignored. Thankfully the doctor was fantastic and actually quite funny. We finally left at 2:30, glad the ordeal was finally over. Kaiser, I wish you would consider reassigning patients who are assigned to a very "behind" dr. Also please consider removing the wait board as it is a source of frustration since your staff tells patients to ignore it.

Urgent Care is great. Love the teams there. Tired of feeling sick and in pain with a chronic UTI and the same nurse calling telling me I have sepsis, cancer or appendicitis and looking at the wrong month’s charts. This hospitalized me and was confirmed to be a UTI and kidney infection. No signs of cancer, sepsis or any other serious condition. So, why tell me I have what I don’t have? Update: I didn’t get an after visit survey to leave Karen’s name since it wasn’t a visit. The same doctors keep putting me on the same antibiotic that didn’t work the first time and keep telling me to go to Urgent Care or the ER to spend more money that we don’t have. I was told by one doctor to call and have a urine culture ordered and switch medication if my symptoms continued and now no one will because they claim I need to be seen to get the same results. This has been ongoing for 2 months and every scan came back normal and every test showed a horrible UTI. Stop stealing my money and treating me as another number and not a person. Cannot wait to switch insurance providers. You’re a mess as are your doctors and nurses.

Yes I have seen it
Ask your Doctor to send you to lab for any test.
Yes there is 830-430pm, second floor
Thank you for your interest in receiving the vaccine. You don't need to call or email us. We'll let you know by letter or email when we can schedule you. Since supplies are low, it'll take time to offer everyone an appointment.
There are self-service “staxi chairs” available for all members at La Mesa. They can be found in the station near the building entrance.
I suggest calling to ask the current times for COVID testing. My doc told me 5:00 p.m., but when I arrived around 2:00 p.m. on a weekday, mid-April, they were closed and the sign said they were only open until 11:00 a.m.
Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Not sure, But you do need an appt. No walk ins
