I've done martial arts my whole life- Chinese Martial Arts, BJJ, Judo, some kickboxing etc... this is by far my favorite place to train. They have whatever you need- training for your kids, grappling, Sanda (which is an AWESOME and addicting kickboxing style- look it up) and some top-shelf traditional Chinese Martial Arts. The thing that separates them from other schools is their expert teaching ability. Plenty of coaches around SD might have been great competitors, but their ability to systemically develop martial skill in their students is often limited and inefficient because of random training, high injury risks, the absence of a curriculum, the inability to simplify complex concepts, and the complete lack of a clear path for a developing martial artist. The ability to coach is a distinct skill, and most instructors out there are just lacking the knowledge of how best to teach. These guys have the coaching down, plus they have a super clean facility with a friendly and professional staff. I can't say enough good things about them. No doubt, 5 stars.

So much to say about this school! It has made discipline, respect, and a positive attitude a huge part of my everyday life. In addition to all the self defense skills I've been taught, I've fallen in love the most with the cultural aspects of chinese martial arts such as lion dancing! Check it out for yourself!!

White Dragon is 100% the best place to learn martial arts. Through the teachings of discipline, responsibility, humility and plenty more I have overcome so many different challenges that have come up and learned to deal with conflict that is either social or just life. I have learned the value of discipline and why it’s so important for achieving your goals. I feel more confident in being able to defend myself since the system thought at White Dragon is a traditional Chinese martial art taught in a very practical way for modern day attacks.
