Really good selection of books, comics, magazines, board games, collectibles, and even Lego sets! The staff is very friendly and helpful, the store is clean and well organized, and the location is super convenient. I am usually able to find what I am looking for, and if they don't have it in stock it's super easy to order what you want in the store. B&N is large chain, but it's nice to have a physical bookstore to go to where you can browse and physically interact with the books before you buy them. Second only to a library!

I love this place I gave it a 5 because the sore was clean, friendly staff and the bloke was so lively and cheerful. He works part-time at the book store and the other part at Disneyland. Having vibrant staff makes your shopping experience pleasant I think

I am being gracious giving one star to this place. At Grossmont Center there is a Red Lobster. The sign says they are open. I do not agree. My friend and I went there for lunch today and it took almost 10 minutes for somebody to come to the front. A woman appeared behind the desk and did not say hello or any other thing. We said we were there to have lunch. She told us that there was only one waitress and the wait would be 30 minutes if we wanted to wait. She said there were 3 parties ahead of us. I had a question so I asked if we could sit at a table and have a glass of water until it was our turn. No you cannot do that she said. We will have to seat you at your table when it is your turn. Never been treated so rudely in my entire life. I think she did not even want to be there but alone work there. Even the lobsters were not there in the tank. We went to Anthony's fish grotto and was treated wonderfully andirthly and the food was great. NO MORE RED LOBSTER. It does not exist at Grossmont Center.

Yes. They carry puzzles of all sorts, including wood puzzles and Jigsaw puzzles. Look in the Crafts, Toys, or Games sections.
The staff is very helpful and knowledge. They can help you with all your needs.
Depends where you live but it appears books that talk about Critical Race Theory
Same as every other store, wear masks
Yes it does but because of covid you can not bring your coffee in the store
California has a couple laws regarding gift cards that have changed in the couple years. You could always try using that app to sell them for a % charge.
Is that a book title?
If they don't have it they will get it delivered for you
No, you always need a receipt or some kind of proof of purchase.
