Service manager Melissa is great when it comes to knowing her customers, their needs, and what it takes to complete the job. She will explain all that was done and give you useful info in making decisions on your car. Overall a great experience for service with my Navigator that was not purchased at this location. A couple more courtesy cars would be a welcomed addition to relieve some stress in service.

I called Penske Lincoln to verify that the vehicle I found on line in their inventory was still available. The salesman Eric said yes, and we set an appointment for me to test drive the vehicle. When I arrived Eric and the vehicle were immediately ready to go on a test drive. The test drive was long enough so that Eric could demonstrate all the technology associated with this vehicle. The rest of the time was spent arranging financing and signing paperwork. The dealership itself was clean. The washrooms were immaculate. There was bottled water and premium coffee available. I would highly recommend Penske Lincoln to friends and family.
