My daughter called the shop and asked if they could change the strings on a Strat if strings were purchased there. The response was the shop will charge $99 to even look at a guitar and "you should just change them yourself, it's not rocket science" lol....great....thanks top gear...great customer service.

I got a brand new Supro Delta king 12 and right out of the box to my surprise the switch for power was on the bottom of the box. I needed my new amp fixed as soon as possible so I came to Top gear and they really took care of me it was a turnaround of only 1 day! And presto my amp was as good as new. I have found my go to repair shop now for my tube amps and my Telecaster. Great work at a very reasonable price! Thanks guys

I am not a "pro" and I didn't take a guitar to these skilled crafters at Top Gear but Dan Atilio sure made me feel welcome when I took a badly neglected Martin Ukelele for repairs and refurbishment. All needed was explained and fairly priced... Dan was even willing to assist me in locating the perfect case ~ something well outside of the usual job. Efficient turnaround time too ~ Top Gear Guitar Pro Shop was recommended to me and now I'm recommending them to you, they're the best.
