Excellent staff and service! This Starbucks is one of the larger venues and they take really good care of everyone and if there are any issues they handle them professionally and appropriately. Highly recommended. They do get pretty busy around 8am every day but if you get there before that you'll sail right on thru. 😁

Amanada “Nada” Beach

I used to go to the Grossmont Starbucks this employee always had a smile on her face and so much gratitude. Even if you had a bad day you couldn’t help, but smile because her joyful personality is contagious. Well years later I walk into this Starbucks and now I know her name is ERI, she is still full of the same joy, if not more. She had a mask on, but the same genuine smile, the same amazing customer service. ERI is a true asset to the Starbucks team!! And I hope her consistent optimism is valued.

I really like this place. One of the cleanest Starbucks in town. Staff is friendly.

Came to this store as we do, nearly every day, to purchase beverages and often food to sit in the cafe or patio to enjoy. Both were closed! No explanation by shift sup. other than the district manager told them to close! No valid election.
