Good location but way too expensive for how you’re treated by staff. Office is closed randomly when they’re supposed to be open, I can never get an email back from any office personnel. When we first moved in they were very disorganized and after a 24 hour drive from Texas we had to wait 4 more hours before they would give us our keys to a DIRTY apartment. Since move in everything here has been inconvenient and inconsistent for a place that claims to be luxury. Hot tub also never works!

Lived her for a solid 4 years. Location is perfect Studio City is a special city. Apartments are top notch. Walls are thick enough, a lot of people working or trying to break into the industry live here. The staff there is professional and very nice accommodating people. Lisa and Brittany know how to run a well functioned facility who have to deal with all types of LA entitled people. It's right next to a park that's tucked away (a blessing & a curse) Park is beautiful & well maintained but there is definitely a homeless problem and it is starting to get bigger. My car had been broken into twice in the parking garage -__-. They NEED to hire a b24/7 security company plain and simple. People who live here are obviously a little more well off than most. It's expensive but it's great. Loved living here

Came to the Windsor Lofts excited to see an apartment and was given great instructions by a very nice lady she did awesome! everything went great after viewing until we met Lisa. She was very short with us and didn't want to answer more than a couple questions and didn't really want to engage in any sort of dialogue like we were taking up her time. Plus the unit we viewed was ALREADY RENTED! poor attitude Lisa!

The lofts at Windsor Universal are a great place to live. I've lived here for over two years and plan to stay a while. The office staff Lisa and Brittney are always helpful and very knowledgeable. The maintenance is always way above par, Dean and Jason do a great job. This is a great place to live a clean building very close to lots of cool things.
