pretty rude honestly. i just needed a label printed and the guy was being rude about not taping my label unless i payed for it. whether this was a joke or not its unprofessional

New store in studio city ! Really fast service. Very friendly staff. And COVID free environment. Highly recommend this store to anyone who needs to ship a package. They also accept amazon returns !!! 10 out of 10 for theist store.

This location seems to be owned by a family, a very cordial one at that. They were very accommodating when it came to our Amazon returns. Parking in the back is most likely not recommended given the layout of the place but we weren't given any issues when we knocked on the back door as they lead us through to the front with zero hassle. Not sure if this was a one-time deal, but the fact that they didn't give us a hard time about it was appreciated nonetheless. Would do business here again!
