I absolutely love this urgent care ! Was just there for the 3rd time with my two year who needed glue for a deep cut , and my son who busted his knee that needed 10 stitches , also brought him in for acute asthma and all three times have been very quick , In and out in less than 1 1/2 hrs . All three visits have been with different doctors but they did not disappoint! Will always come here for our family’s urgent care needs .

I was at the ER. Very kind staff, with a clean environment. I would say that I wish the staff would handle elderly patients who are waiting with more care. Giving them a blanket, or a pillow to sit on for the hard chairs, would be ideal, as well as checking on them by bending down to their level and listening to them well. I saw a couple staff members dismissivly regard questions the elderly women had, and I think improvement in that respect will help. Please understand that if you go to the ER, listen well for your name, and make sure to bring something to occupy you, as it may take some time. Otherwise, my experience went incredibly well, and I recommend this place!

I must say I am extremely unsatisfied with Sharp. I don't know if it's because of COVID or if it's because Sharp is just losing their compassion. Idk but the only good experiences I had were with the lab tech, he was very nice, polite, and showed genuine compassion and the other good experience was with the young lady who took my back to Ultrasound she was very sweet and pleasant. The security guard in the lobby offered me a warm blanket I said sure when he brought it back he literally threw it on my lap. Why offer if you were going to be rude about it. Then the triage nurse he was extremely rude showed no compassion or had absolutely no bedside manner whatsoever I'm totally disregarded some of the things I said and acted like I shouldn't be there that I should have went to my primary care even after I stated I had been to my primary care several times with no help whatsoever he then said why wouldn't I go to a GI doctor I told him did you not hear me my primary does not help me going to a specialist requires a referral from your primary. He then rushed me off to the side into a lab chair and told me he needed to go because he had a patient who had fallen. I don't know where falling takes presidents over extreme abdominal pain but nonetheless that's what happened. Then after I have my blood drawn I sat in the lobby for 4 hours only to be brought back into a room for less than 5 minutes to be told by the doctor that I had a kidney stone which could be causing my abdominal pain. Didn't really ask me any questions didn't try to figure out what was going on with me just tell me you have a kidney stone and sent me on my way. I'm not happy at all with sharp and it's sad because that is the only hospital I will ever go to because I was so happy with their services for so many years I would never ever ever go to any other hospital just Sharp when people ask what hospital they should go to I always say Sharp because until the other day I truly believed they had the best staff. Very unhappy

So I had an eye problem, regarding a piece of material in my eye. After three visits I finally was able be assured nothing was in my eye. Upon the first visit I was approached without the tools to do the job and the admitted to me they didn’t have the tools. Second visit I had a sweet nurse who took time to find the tool to extract the piece of metal in my eye. Upon my third visit they finally saline washed my eye out and actually did what was needed on the first visit. Very disappointed since it could of been resolved from the first visit. Much love to the second nurse!
