I love to come to this location , the staff is so friendly, the waiting time is reasonable, and the service is so good . Dr Poland is an amazing doctor and a person. She always listen to her patients and always has friendly calming smile. The lab staff is so friendly and professional. And believe me I go alot to the lab. The pharmacy line is little bit long sometimes, but the pharmacy technicians are doing their best. To be honest I have nothing negative to say about this place ….

Went there to get my medication and it just turned 5pm, but the security said that she locked the door at 4:59. I said I needed to get my psych med, she chuckled then said "it's 5:01 now" then asked me to leave.

I have been going to this pharmacy for years. Depending on time of day, the lines can be long and can be 10-15 minutes to get to the counter and then wait 15 minutes to get the prescription filled. The clerks don’t much about the medication, but the pharmacist will give you all the information . I use the automated by phone for refills. But you need to give it about 5 day before it’s delivered to your home.

This Kaiser Permanente medical facility is located in beautiful Rancho San Diego. It's nestled near the bottom on Avocado Blvd. It's easy to see and access no matter what direction you are driving from. It's about 15 years old and was designed to integrate computers and other tech into the medical offices. Every employee I've met here is friendly and helpful.
