The worst experience dealing with any, i have been calling them for 4 days to check and see if my glasses are ready and they send me to voicemail and then the voice mail box is always full, went to their office, they took my number and nobody called back.will not recommend them to anyone i know

Customer service through phone and in person was awful; so disorganised, inattentive, careless and mean. Doctor Haight also very uninterested and unwilling to help. My appointment with him did not take more than 3 minutes, even that I came for a serious infection which hasn’t got any better since then. He seemed bothered by any small question, not willing to listen much, in a rush, did not clean his hands. Overall, the treatment he provided was useless. I went a second time, the new medication he prescribed was weaker than the first one, the dose was too low and not even for the right eye… My eye hasn’t improved at all. Also the environment doesn’t feel nice. Don’t ignore the past reviews. I just came in here because I wanted a same day appointment and was trying to be optimistic.

Optical department is a joke. Still trying to pick up my fricken lenses. Went on Friday & only 1 person working & she was dealing with a problem. I had to leave & went back this morning to try again. Signed in & waited a few minutes. Decided to ask when someone would help me. "Oh, I'm sorry, there's nobody in that department today & I don't know when they'll be in". Wth? Why is there a sign-in sheet then? I will now have to call prior to make sure someone is working just to pick up my lenses. Nobody else in an eye specialists office knows where the orders are or how to pop lenses in. Several trips there & I still don't have my lenses. Oh, no manager or supervisor was available either. Better luck with glasses at Walmart.
