Quite mediocre as there was absolute lack of attention to detail and lack of staff training. This is the fourth consecutive disappointing experience at Alessandro’s over the last several months. The food is quite nice, and usually the wine list is competent. Service is somewhere below the level of McDonalds Drive Through. Our solution tonight was to tell the server that he had lost his gratuity because of his major blunder. We will not return at least in the short term. Maybe someone will take over ownership who actually has a concern for service.

Wonderful meal! Loved the Ravioli and the Chicken Parmesan. The young kids ate everything on their plates. We will go back and highly recommend them
