Recently had my 2021 Jeep serviced. 3.6L gas motor apparently has a DEF system, missed my odometer reading by 75,000 miles and performed a pretty indepth inspection in under 5 minutes? Not possible on all accounts. I really hope they aren't just hitting good to go on all buttons without looking, especially on a vehicle that carries my kids. Bad look, folks. I'll be bringing to my mechanic to have the inspection gone over properly

Incredible service! I got a Great deal on my new Ram 1500 eco Diesel! Wow! Iam getting over 21 miles per gallon!!! Plus these guys really do care about the environment! So blown away! How refreshing knowing there are still some business that truly care about more than a buck! Awesome experience!

If zero stars were possible, I would leave that. They are "super busy" all the time because they have to fix the mistakes they make and short cuts they take. Made an 'appointment' to have my Jeep's radiator replaced. Sat fir THREE DAYS before they even looked at it. Then, it is now the weekend so it is going to take longer now. After they 'fight' to get it under warranty, finally get the part installed... 6 days later. Go to look at thier work to see there in a nice fresh puddle of coolant under my Jeep. Never happened even with the crack that was in the old one. Under the hood, I find a nice big mirror on top of my battery... next to my belts. Show the sales rep lady, and she laughs like it is no problem. Then proceeded to look away from the direction on the puddle until I showed her she was standing in it.... she then leaves to go get 'the tech'. Already knowing that they just spilled coolant everywhere and made no effort to clean it, I left, not waiting for them to return. Now received a call from a now, very rude sales lady who would not even listen to why I was upset. Tells me that there is nothing they could do for me now because I left the lot, again, in a rude manner, as she tries to claim how professional she is. 🤣 keep my jeep for 6 days to do a radiator change, give nothing even though they admit it took way too long and the techs can't even clean ANYTHING as they go. Nasty finger prints all over. So much for, sanitary professionals.
