Overall, we had a good experience. This was our 3rd time purchasing a car from Penske Ford and I will say this time around was the fastest we have ever been through the entire process (from the time we made the decision to purchase to the time we were driving off the lot, it was about 3 hours). I do think their offer for my trade in was below market value and although we accepted the offer for ease and convenience of the overall transaction, I hoped for some better flexibility on their part (especially considering a few months prior they offered me $2k more). Jeff was our sales person and was incredibly helpful and efficient, and we are absolutely in love with our new Explorer. I would definitely recommend (as I always have) this dealership and look forward to giving Penske our business in the future.

Jake Nadolny was my Assistant Service Manager and he was awesome. I paid more than I wanted to get my SUV fixed, but he explained everything and exactly what needed to be done. He will be my manager moving forward. Penske Ford has the cleanest and largest facility I have ever been in, for the customer as well as the employees. Found my 2017 Ford Fusion at 5pm on a Saturday. Contacted the dealership right then and there. Within 2 minutes I was receiving a call from Penske about my inquiry. The next morning I had a test drive scheduled. Johnny was very knowledgeable, open about pricing from the beginning, and answered all my questions. I drove the car home that day. It was the best car buying experience I have had hands down. All sales personnel were polite and helpful. 10/10 recommend Penske to anyone looking to buy a car!

Yes. But the hours are shorter and some if the service is limited. Great for oil changes.

We prioritize the health and safety of or team members and guests. For that reason, Penske Ford is following the guidance of our state and local health department. Based on that guidance, Penske Ford requires face masks to be worn by team members and guests, promotes physical distancing through policies and signage, conducts daily health screenings of our team members, and cleans and disinfect our facilities multiples times each day.
