Optometry dept is top notch. Thoroughly enjoyed my visit with Dr. M. Palanca, Arlyne & Vernice today. They’re genuinely friendly and efficient health professionals. Great people with lovely demeanors. You can tell when people enjoy their work and enjoy helping people. I appreciate it much. I barely waited any time for my appointment and was finished with my eye exam quickly and easily. Overall 5 stars.

They are great! Doctors are humane and compassionate! Don't recall meeting medical gods there. This is very important.

My Daughter and I went to walk in for her birth control shot. We were checking in outside with Caroline who was extremely rude and short with questions. We were having a difficult time understanding her with her accent. Plus wearing our masks and having to be 6 feet away outside with the check in table . When I would ask her a question and try to talk to her she acted annoyed. Really disappointed in the whole experience and how someone in health care acted so mean . Hopefully she doesn’t treat he patients that way ?

My experience at this clinic was so-so. I got there 20 minutes before my appointment (I was told to be there 15 minutes prior because I’m not a new patient) but I still had to wait 30 minutes after my appointment time to be called back. The doctor was professional and helpful, but the nurse had horrible bedside manner. She wasn’t friendly or even smiled. I do feel like my questions were answered and most of my concerns were addressed. The lab technician Slyvania (I’m so sorry if I didn’t spell your name correctly!) was so nice and caring. Thankfully I don’t have to go to the doctor often, so my experience didn’t ruin my day or anything, but I do think feedback is helpful, especially in patient care.

@Alice Maxine Moore Yes you can and if it's a Scripps provider they will have access to review your lab tests once it's resulted and finalized. So to answer your question yes and yes. 😀
It's in the ice cream isle. Bahaaaaa
Hi Debbie, if you are experiencing a medical emergency, the ambulance will generally transport you to the nearest hospital equipped to handle the situation.
Scripps is offering the COVID-19 vaccine to eligible patients with a MyScripps account. We have a limited supply available at this time, so appointments are being offered on a first-come, first-served basis through MyScripps. Eligibility is based on California state guidelines. Additional appointment slots will be added as more vaccines become available. Please do not call your physician’s office as they cannot schedule these vaccines.
