I just recently moved here. I had my new driver license with address on the way. The postal carrier decided I didn't live here and returned it to sender. Who do they think they are???

I have send many packages and their service is fast, the two short ladies are nice and try to help you to the best of their abilities but yeah I agree with the others in the comments, theres a lady (she is tall and skinny) don’t know if her name is carol but yeah her attitude isn’t the best for costumer service and sales. She is normally not in the best mood.

Thought I would try USPS to see if I wanted to shift since I send out so many packages for work. Only one lady. She took forever and then condescending. Just happened. UPS is the way to go.

Every time I come to this post office Carol always has an attitude. She needs better customer service skills along with coaching. If she doesn't like her career she should just quit. Poor service and she should not be working there period.
