the apartments arent bad, provides good space but the roach problem is ridiculous. there’s like 18 roaches i see within A DAY. and the exterminator comes like every 10 months. the last they came and did was like in december. its october. unless you want live in a roach factory dont come and live here. like honestly it’s disgusting how bad the roaches are. you cant even cook dinner without a roach coming to peek it’s head out. having to bomb the house every week, tons of cans containing bug spray and roach and ant killer gel so we can somewhat live in peace. maintenance is slow as well. my refrigerator broke and it took weeks for them to come out and look at it. same with air conditioning, was in the house with no air for days. very sad.
