Going to find out who owns this complex, I’ve been targeted since day one from the maintenance man / office manager going thru our trash (yes he went through a closed bag of baby diapers and other disgusting things) , him constantly harassing me and my family calling tow trucks getting our cars towed making threats to put us out if we don’t park our vehicles in designated areas it was just an all around bad experience. If you don’t want to constantly be harassed and told what to do as if you are in prison please DO NOT MOVE TO 2400 KNEECE RD (ARCADIA PARK) The two individuals that manage this complex are very rude and have no regard for the way they speak to you. Bad place bad people and my lawyer will be paying them a visit very soon. If i could leave No stars i would.

The Manager Jakita Stephens is extremely detrimental to the success of this apartment complex. She lies and steals from this company. If you are black do not move in this community because this manger will destroy your rental history and reputation
