I have yet to receive a refund that is due to me after having moved out almost 60 days ago (go look up SC law for yourselves). Apparently not even the Manager can get me a response on the status. I have been fed nothing but lies from every single person in that office. According to the BBB, I’m not the only one that’s experienced this sadly. Now I’m having to go the legal route. I doubt I would be having these communication issues if I owed instead. A total nightmare.

I’ve been living here since spring of 2022, so just a few months. Before moving in, I sent my sister by to look at the property since I was moving from another state. To call it a bait and switch would be an understatement. While the public areas such as the pool and gym are well-kept and are nice amenities, and my neighbors are surprisingly quiet, the real problem that cannot be ignored is the mold. The buildings have not been maintained at all. My apartment always smells, there was a leak coming from who knows where (I am on the bottom floor) resulting in an even greater increase in mold. I could literally see the mold growing in one of the cabinets. I’ve been told repeatedly that this would be resolved. However, I don’t see how this could be the case without demolishing the entirety of the building and starting over as the problem is so pervasive. Everything simply amounts to an empty promise and a bandaid. I have asthma as well so will need to look at additional recourse. Renter beware.

A friend of mine lived here for several years until she had a horrifying experience. After reporting the incident to local authorities & bringing the incident to management's attention the manager was rude & seemed more concerned about her sitting in the office then helping her. She didn’t seem to care about her resident's safety & wouldn’t even speak directly to her. Clearly enjoying her vacation was more important.

I lived here from about 2020- early 2022. I did a virtual tour due to the pandemic at the time. Once I moved in I realized they didn’t show me any of the holes in the base boards or the water damage to the bathroom ceiling in the virtual tour. I submitted requests about the leaking bathroom ceiling. They would come put popcorn over it and then I would have to submit another request in a few weeks. The gate they advertised is never closed. Never. There was a terrible raccoon problem and I was told basically that they weren’t going to do anything. I never got any help with any problems I had and I was always met with attitude. Overall it was a terrible experience. I live in a much better complex now for the same price.

Omg i always buy cheap bleach just to wash down the walks and the nasty stain on the building. It’s very ghetto here now I moved back home to MI last year and returned here thinking it was the same.. omg I’m trying to move and only been here since the beginning of June 2022. It’s nasty. Ppl just bring their dogs out to poop any and everywhere I would never recommend theses apartments to anyone
I am sorry you feel this way. Please have the lease holder give us a call and let us know what needs to be looked at. We would be happy to put in a work order and take care of your issues.
Reach out to the office and they will be able to give you that information. I can tell you that units come open all the time. You can also check the website if you do not want to speak to the office right now.
