I was living there for around 3 years. It was a good experience since it was very nice and safe place. Staff in management office were very kind, responsible and helpful. They reply back to your message, email or call in less than hour. The maintenance services was one of the best. They really care about you and your request and solve the issue as fast as possible. The other good thing about Huntington, you can email them to make the print and copy for you. Also it is located in zone of good school for Richland one. All in all it's a very good choice to stay if you want to rent in that area(29209).

Huntington Place is an oasis and tucked away from the city of Columbia. It is conveniently located near I-77, Fort Jackson, and nearby retail stores. There are sidewalks throughout the apartment complex to walk my dog and a dog park located in the center. I felt safe and the staff was responsive to any maintenance issues. I was sad to leave Huntington Place because it was the perfect space for me and my dog, location, and amenities.
