I’m very disappointed as to how this apartment complex has changed. We used to have a clean environment and now we are getting emails from the leasing managers asking for help with cleaning and offered money off rent in return…really? Our pool has been closed 98% of the summer and has recently opened back up on the last week of July. We have not even been able to use the movie theater since October 2021 when it broke. Laundry mat always broken washers and it’s a miracle if you go in and it works. The cafe isn’t accessible to the residents either. However rent has gone up to renew and a 60 day notice has to be given to them as well which puts anyone in a bind. There is so much trash at and around the trash compactor that it should be considered to be a landfill. In these times during a pandemic we are making sure our money is not being wasted but when you pay for amenities and it’s not usable for months at a time what a waste- Sincerely a concerned tenant

Extremely disappointed in this apartment complex. All they seem to worry about is the pool being fixed. Multiple Car break ins and they don’t even give a second thought into their tenants. All they care is about liability, nothing they “can do” about having more security, adding cameras, being more involved in the issues at hand. They could care less about what’s going on or even making the tenants feel more at ease. First the cars, what’s next? “Crime is everywhere” Let your belongings be broken into and see how you feel.

These people said they were coming to change the light bulbs but only changed 3/4 lightbulbs in both bathrooms, what a joke 😂
