Wonderful place to live! Ive lived here for going on 3 years and have seen changes but all for the better. New office and new maintanance people are so nice they put Chick-fil-A to shame with customer service. If i have any issues, they listen care & go the extra mile which is hard to comeby these days. Highly recommend!! Also love that it's hidden back and the cute events they hold. ❤️❤️❤️

Very disappointing! I have lived here now for a little over a year and so many issues that I’ve had! Let’s start with the kitchen sink that continues to leak that I’ve called about at least 5 times, they come and “fix” it but continues to leak! Every time it rains I get water that leaks under my front door and also the living room window. This too has been “fixed” multiple times. The water has ruined our computer desk. There are no screens… ok well there are screens now…but poorly fitting, 1 had fallen out….in the 2 back bedrooms so can’t open those windows if I wanted to! There is mold growing around one of the back windows… they came and cleaned it off and said it wasn’t mold that it was dust build up! I am very aware as to what mold looks like!! Currently waiting on someone to come fix my toilet that won’t flush… that has dirty water in it! This is day 2 that I sit and wait for for this issue to be resolved! Stuck in a lease that if I break it I am going to be stuck owing a substantial amounts of money for an apartment that isn’t even worth the rent that I am paying!!!! Very dishonest employees they have working in their office! The staff turnover is very concerning!!! But I guess it makes sense! Definitely don’t recommend this property! There are 2 very nice newly built apartment complexes just up the street!! Check them out first!!

I have been here a year this summer and this place is doing downhill sadly to say. Overturn of management is crazy. The pool is disgustingly dirty (which I have addressed) and for $1,600 a month I expect a little more upkeep. I should not be looking into getting a public pool pass elsewhere, but I am. I miss Sarah already! Looking into other properties

We look at credit history, background history and rental history from all adults applying, as a whole. There is no credit score that will make or break any approval! The income requirement is only 2.5 times the rental amount. We have a GREAT approval rate and look forward to hearing from you soon!!

We are VERY pet friendly! Living in the townhomes, we can accommodate up to THREE pets! There is no size restriction, just a short list of breed restrictions. We have a spacious off leash dog park that all the pups LOVE to race around, and the walking trail is a great place to take a lengthy walk!
Good question! We offer Month to Month leasing options after an initial lease. You will find that Month to Month leasing will not be offered when looking at apartments initially, but we CAN offer as low as 3 month leases! Give us a call so we can talk about our availability. Hope this helps!
