I had the worst experience at this apartment complex and I didn’t even get to move in yet. I used my debit information to pay for the application fee. I wait 3 weeks later and they debit out 230 dollars to pay for the admin fee. I had no knowledge or confirmation that they would pull it out my account. I talk to the admin assistant and she said that it was an accident and she would get right to it the next day. I called back no answer. I went up their on a Wednesday and the office was closed. More tenants were going to the door to see if it were open and it wasn’t. I called the next day and the so called manager stated that they can only accept the admin fee with a money order or a check. I told her that the company they deal with took it out without my knowledge. I asked to speak to the admin assistant and all of a sudden she was fired or she quit. They will cheat you out your money. Do not move their.

This place is a joke, they never answer the phone, never got a tour, took my application money for an apartment that wasn't ready. Showed up June 10th apartment wasn't ready was told to come back June 17th, at this time I had my movers with me, apartment wasn't ready. It took everything in me not to go jail that day. If you are looking for a great place Crestmont. I called them in tears. They gave me a tour processed my application and moved me in the same day. Stayed open late just to make sure, everything went okay. The pool is functional. It's gated, they answer all your questions. Not getting that apartment in wildwood that day is the best thing that could have happened to me

This used to be one of the best places to live. Then Weller Management bought it and turned it into a dump within a year. Probably half or more of the residents were forced to move out because of the new income restrictions. Uhauls everywhere the last few months. There is garbage everywhere and Broken furniture. The only dumpster is up front on the outside of the gate. You have to put trash in your trunk or on top of car and drive it up. The management locked the office door several months back. They won't respond to knocks, or calls or emails. The post office WON'T deliver packages to the office or your door. If a package from amazon or anyone is shipped via USPS you have to go to the post office on two notch to pick it up. As the lower income folks started moving in the conditions went down hill fast. Now a gang of kids runs around vandalizing and throwing stuff at the geese and ducks. Last week they pulled hundreds of feet of dog waste bags from the dispenser and wrapped it around trees and threw it all over the area. I asked the kids to not throw rocks at the ducks and went inside. They started throwing rocks at my apartment. Just deplorable people are moving in. I've already caught thieves twice in recent weeks after dark. STAY AWAY FROM CARRINGTON PLACE. THE OWNERS AND MANAGERS HAVE NO PRIDE AND HAVE REDUCED THIS TO A REALLY BAD PLACE TO LIVE. DON'T BUY THOSE LIES.

Do not move here if you like being locked out of the management office everyday and never being told anything. I have been trying for almost two months at this point to communicate with management about the renewal of my lease. They became so difficult/disappeared daily I decided to just cut my losses and not renew. I would rather deal with the trouble of moving my entire life to a new apartment than stay here. They will not answer any of my emails, calls, or physically unlock the doors so I know they got my non-renewal notice. The lease specifies that you need to give 60 days notice of not wanting to renew or you owe more money/they renew it for you. Well, they will not acknowledge I have told them about not wanting to renew. I have tried every possible thing to tell them I want to leave. So, I will continue to go everyday with a physical letter until I am able to move to my next apartment. I am posting this as more proof of trying to tell them I AM NOT RENEWING MY LEASE with more than 60 days notice they required.
