I have been living here for almost a year now, and I haven’t had any major issues with the complex just with the maintenance of the property. When I first moved in, the kitchen counters were scratched so bad that they needed to be replaced and the refrigerator door handle was missing and I was assured that maintenance was coming to fix it the week I moved in. Fast forward and those issues are still unresolved. But I consider myself easy going so I didn’t bother with trying to get it fix, but now my A/C has been out for over a week. I’ve made several request for maintenance and spoke directly to the property manager and maintenance team about the issue, only to be lied to and ignored. It is over 87 degrees in my apartment and I’m worried about my kids, but apartment properties like Providence don’t care and they only offer extremely high rent rates for mediocre apartments that aren’t well maintained and property managers who aren’t equipped to manage.

Both staffs in the office was really nice. They got me moved in really quickly. My neighbors are nice as well they introduced themselves to me the 1st day I moved in. The community is really quiet and clean!!

Nice quiet community. When I have had a maintenance issue it’s been taken care of in a timely manner. Management are nice, friendly and welcoming.
