Overall it's a great place to live. The building is mostly nice and new, very few things ever break but they are usually pretty quick to fix them when they are informed about them. My neighbors are all nice. I'm just not a fan of that Forest right beside us. Mostly because of all the spiders. LOL

Is anyone ever in the office? I have been calling and calling and calling and haven't gotten anyone to answer yet. These are nice from the outside and all but had questions prior to applying

Parking is a little tight. The apartments are beautiful but need a little more closets throughout the apartments.

It has been difficult to get ahold of the office lately. I've had difficulty many times in reaching them. However for us we have a resident portal app where we can leave messages. However the best way to get a hold of them as a non resident is to contact their corporate number which is posted on the door to the office, or visit their other property, Abernathy Place on Garners Ferry Rd. Same management company just different apartment complex.
Try Tuesday or Thursday. It's really hit or miss. Posted days open are not really open. Lately they have been here on those 2 days.
Try visiting schousingsearch.com. It gives a starting price, but I can't remember the amount.
