My wife wanted us to stop making trips to Sam's Club for cases of water, so we decided to give Hinckley Springs a try. The manager Marvin dropped off our first system with a few bottles of water. 1. The first dispenser we were suppose to get (they didn't have anymore). Marvin left another system until the one we wanted was in stock. We received it the next day. 2. The system Marvin left was leaking (no problem, our driver John gave us another bottle of water for the free and a 24 pack for the inconvenience). I checked my bill, it was not charged. So far so good! One area of concern. I notice that the recurring order included more bottles than I initially asked for, they also included a 24 pack of waters, that I never asked for. I'm not saying this is a deal breaker, but I will be analyzing every bill line by line for the foreseeable future. If they screw me in anyway (I'm out). If it goes well, I may buy my own dispenser and keep the delivery service. Who knows?

Bo, our coffee delivery guy at the office, is awesome... he really is on top of our coffee inventory in the office...I never receive any complaints that a certain coffee/tea/item is out. Keep up the excellent work Bo!

Can't say enough about the delivery service. Always on time! I have been a Loyal customer since I sign up at Costco. Water taste great and delivery service come no matter the weather. I want to thank my delivery associate. I cant thank you enough for your service.

Terrible customer service. Terrible. Five times I called customer service to arrange pickup of empty bottles. Five times I was stood up. No one came. The Chicago area district manager thumbs his nose at requests made by customer service. The Delivery side of the business answers to no one. Simple requests made by me the customer were never acted on. Calls and emails never returned. Cost me $25 in bottle deposits and tons of my own time on calls to customer service that fell on deaf ears. Looking for a competitor to whom I can give my business. Hinckley Springs is a text book case on how not to run a business./// It is now 10 months later and I am still having the same problems. They no showed me last week. I received an automated email saying they will come this week instead. Then, they no showed me again. When I call them the customer service person sends a ticket to the delivery department asking for answers. Of course, delivery does not respond and I literally have no idea if or when they intend to come again. A broken business in my point of view.
