I was there months ago and they rent me a sleep test machine to check on my sleep apnea, after that the doctor contact me to let me know that is positive that I have sleep apnea and they will be referring me to another place to get treatment, weeks later after I did many calls to the doctor office, someone contact me with a very high ridiculous price to rent the machine for my treatment, then I decided to get the treatment on a different place, and the new place contact many times the hope sleep clinic to get the results on my study test, but not answers from them, I personally call few more times and they keep changing the staff there and no one can help me on my request, last time i contact the clinic I requested to speak with the doctor there, they tell me that he will contact me on the next 24 hours, four weeks past and I’m still waiting, AVOID THIS CLINIC, totally unprofessional.

Easily the worst experience I’ve ever had with a medical facility. Brought my 3 year old in for a sleep study and had to wait over an hour for the staff which caused my cold to be way over tired and make an already hard night much more difficult. After the fact I’ve had to deal with extremely rude staff that have tried to lie to me about conversations that never took place. We did the sleep study at the Southlake location but have dealt with employees over the phone from this location. We have strongly urged Cooks Children not to refer anyone to this company anymore and they said it was not the first complaint they received. Update: Just to add some icing to this whole horrible cake, today they told us they had located my child’s stuffed animal that was left behind. My wife drove 45 minutes to retrieve and when she got there the staff claimed they did not know where it was. Just an astounding level of incompetence.

I Scheduled a consultation for a certain day and they call me a week later to reschedule because nobody is working for the day they originally scheduled me for......ok. I call to get a price for the consultation (since they never called me back like they said they would) and they say there never was an appointment for me and have no idea who I am even though I've already given them my insurance info. Took me 4 calls to get someone to answer.

Dr. Ewaida is a wonderful doctor! He listened to me and addressed all my concerns. I felt welcomed from the moment I walked in until the moment I left. Staff were friendly and my sleep techs were very kind to me I would consider Dr. Ewaida to everyone
