Verizon customer service sucks. I have transferred my phone# to different carriers and the Verizon is still keeping my account open sending me bill for the service they are not providing.. by the way I was dropping phone calls left and right in Indiana and Kentucky. Verizon is a overpriced garbage company. Ps close my account and stop sending me emails saying my bill is past due.
