Seeing the doctor was very quick. When I went to the pharmacy to pick up meds they didn’t have anything. Of course Express Med has no after hours help line. Called this morning to ask where my sons meds went and she said I’m the wrong person to tell I was not here last night. They called meds into a totally wrong pharmacy from what I put on registration paperwork. I gO to the right pharmacy and the meds are on hold because express med didn’t call to cancel the script at the wrong pharmacy. It will be almost be 24 from time of visit before I get meds for my son. SMH. Won’t be back. Still waiting on return call from the manager.

Tore my Achilles and the physician (Susan) was very nice and everyone else who helped me. Update: I took some paperwork into ExpressMed to be filled out by the physician, Susan Conrad, and was met by a woman named "Tyler" who proceeded to tell me..."We don't fill these out, your employer does!" I told her the BWC rep, Cathy, said they had to. She kept going on about how it was my jobs responsibility and finally I called the BWC rep, put her on speaker and had her tell her that she was wrong. She goes back and S. Conrad appears. Her actions were defensive and she states that they have a "BWC person on-site" and she "didn't have time for this because she had to discharge a patient." I was misdiagnosed and told that I was "too old" for a surgical procedure which, after seeing an Orthopedic specialist, was completely wrong. Because of this, I was set back 6 weeks. Thank God that Jen works there and gets things done. She's the only reason that I don't give them a 1 star rating. Update: 1star...rating. Since my last review, I thought that things had been handled and procedures corrected but nope, the same thing is still happening with Susan Conrad sending in my Medco14 with blank boxes, no signature from the "doctor in charge" and wrong codes. At this point, I think it's a deliberate mishandling of my paperwork by Conrad. We've gone over this time and time again. She's had concise instructions from the BWC, their Workman's Comp rep on-site on the correct codes, doctors signatures and the like but she still continues to submit them minus corrections. You have one person working her tail off, Jen Ibarra, to get it right but she's in the middle. I'm very disappointed and I would tell anyone not to go there if you have a very important situation. It's ridiculous...

Hi John, DOT physicals are usually not covered by insurance, but are payed for by the employer. If your employer does not pay for the physical, then you would have to pay $100 for the physical. Tricia, thanks for your input. We are indeed asking that most people register online if they can -- this is largely so that we reduce the amount of contact with patients for better COVID safety. But if you don't have a device with internet access we absolutely will still allow you to register with paper forms when you arrive! No one will be turned away for not having internet access. You can always call us ahead of time if you have any questions about your visit as well! Thanks!
