This school has seriously impressed me! The administration went out of their way to accommodate our family when we needed to switch childcare last minute, and honestly, I am so glad we did switch! My daughter has never been excited to go to school the next day before coming here. Her teachers in Preschool 1, Ms. Becca and Ms. Rebecca, are beyond fantastic with her. I am very picky with child care, but I could not be happier and would recommend this location to anyone in the area.

We have been at Primrose Mill Run for over five years. The owner is deeply invested in creating a sense of community and ensuring a positive experience for the families and all of the teachers. The staff are wonderful and committed to creating a safe, fun, educational environment for all of the children in our school.

I can safely say that in my years (5) as a parent, Primrose School of Mill Run was one of the best times our family experienced. Tara, and her staff, changed our little girl and our family. The focus on academics, kindness, volunteering, and community made our little girl aware of her place in as a global citizen. When my daughter was diagnosed with juvenile arthritis, Tara, Liz, Katie, and the rest of their incredible school family carefully watched over Piper for changes and alerted us immediately of any concern. As an educator, and working mom, I never worried about the care my daughter received while there. She was safe, loved, valued, and encouraged to exceed. COVID 19 ended our time due to Piper's immune system and our choice to limit interaction, and it was one of the most heartbreaking moments for us as parents. If we could place her anywhere, it would be with Tara and her staff. Look no further. This is YOUR place!

Every child learns at their own pace because every child is unique. At Primrose schools, teachers use a variety of tools throughout the year to collaborate with families and monitor each child’s progress. This helps them understand each child’s individual needs and provide the personalized support that helps them excel.
We call our curriculum the Balanced Learning® approach. It is designed to inspire children to think with creativity, compassion and resourcefulness. Primrose school teachers not only guide children as they learn letters, numbers, science and more, but they also weave in character development and life skills opportunities throughout the day so children can develop social and relationship skills.
We require all teachers to be certified in first aid and CPR, in addition to ongoing health and safety training throughout the year. Teachers are also trained on common signs of illness with signage placed in each classroom. Learn more here: https://tinyurl.com/yakwfr8g
Teachers and students practice frequent handwashing throughout the day and adhere to a strict sick policy. Temperature checks, touch free check in, and limitations on visitors may also be implemented to minimize risk to all. Learn more here: https://tinyurl.com/y7gutztv
Items like high-touch toys, playground equipment, and other common surfaces are disinfected frequently throughout the day. Sheets and blankets from cribs are laundered daily; for older children, individual cots and blankets are provided for each child and are laundered on a weekly basis. We require any students or staff with respiratory illness symptoms or fever to stay home until fever free for at least 24 hours.
