Person in office is very rude and nobody ever picks up the phone. I have personally went and sat in office and called just to watch the phone not be answered because they don’t feel like being bothered. And have heard it come out the MOUTH of the person working she did not know it was me calling. It has to be a way to report unprofessional people like this who creates issues that require people to come up there and call with nasty attitudes just to get some type of information. Complex needs to train their employees better and corporate needs to personally do a unannounced visit to catch them in the act.
