The apartments are nice not worth 1000 a month I don't think but that's my opinion

I am currently a satisfied resident for more than 3 years now. I choose to stay here because it is the best apartment complex in the area. They have the most reasonable rent, peaceful and quiet community, safe and secured and most importantly, the management is excellent. Ms Kelly is an awesome property manager. They respond immediately to your issues when you email. For urgent issues outside office hours, the team responds quickly through a hotline. The area is near the fire station, police station, churches, food chains, and stores. I feel very comfortable because Whispering Pines is home.

Red Clay and Black mold in plumbing, wall-to-wall carpeting with black mold my rent check goes into a private bank. There are no fire alarms going to the fire department and the office is notified when a smoke alarm is alarming when the office is open. I pay ADT to have an alarm sent to the fire department. The fire extinguisher is in the kitchen. If there is a fire in the kitchen, I wouldn't be able to put out the fire
